MEET THE TEAM

Keyona Dunn, Co-Founder

Keyona Dunn is a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls with a strong background in human services. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Community and Human Services and is currently pursuing her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

She is the co-founder of Highland Clubhouse, a community home offering youth programs, wellness support, transitional housing, and creative development. Keyona also founded WISH Mentoring, a long-running youth empowerment program that provides mentoring, yoga, etiquette experiences, Girl Scouts, and leadership opportunities for girls.

Her past community leadership includes work with the Create a Healthier Niagara Falls Collaborative and participation in the Kettering Foundation’s Civic Engagement cohort. She was honored as one of Buffalo Business First’s 40 Under 40 for her commitment to uplifting youth, women, and families.

Krista Ehasz, Co-Founder

Krista is currently a Program Associate at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York. She was a member of the Open Buffalo Emerging Leaders class of 2018, and in 2017 received a Changemaker 30 under 30 Award. Krista has her Master’s in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College, and a BA from Western State College of Colorado. Her passion is educating, engaging, and empowering youth through culturally relevant teaching and innovative civic learning projects.
